State health departments follow CDC guidance and work closely with facilities and their water management companies during outbreak investigations of legionellosis. This presentation will summarize the process for conducting case and outbreak investigations of legionellosis in Wisconsin, and how public health partners, other state agencies, the facilities involved, and their consultants work together during and after these investigations.
